The Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Nevada will host their annual Kick-Off to Summer event at the Carson City Club House located at 1870 Russell Way from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30.
The event will include food, games and prizes, along with mandatory orientation sessions for parents whose children will be registered to attend the clubs throughout the summer and the 2016-17 school year.
Parents may attend orientation sessions at the event, or register for one of several on-going sessions. Annual membership fees of $30 are due in full at the time of orientation. Parents will receive $10 off of each membership fee after attending an orientation session. Summer weekly fees are $40 a week per child. Breakfast, lunch and snack are provided during the summer session.
