Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Ham, scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, bananas in orange juice and raspberry sherbet.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, sourdough bread with margarine, Jell-O with mixed fruit and scones.

WEDNESDAY: Beef patties on whole wheat buns, tomatoes, onion and lettuce, baked beans and cantaloupe.

THURSDAY: Chili relleno, Spanish rice, zucchini, peaches and churro.

FRIDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pears in juice, whole wheat dinner rolls and unsalted margarine.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Macaroni and cheese and ham, raspberry and cranberry salad, vegetable salad, whole what rolls and margarine.

TUESDAY: Lentil soup, tuna salad sandwiches, carrot and raisin salad and apples.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, whole wheat bread, margarine and peaches.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour chicken, steamed brown rice, peas and carrots, fresh spinach, Catalina dressing, whole wheat bread, oatmeal date bars and margarine.

FRIDAY: N/A

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Chicken and black bean burritos with lime and salsa, Southwest salad, Spanish rice and sliced apple dessert.

TUESDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, potato wedges, green beans and pineapple upside down cake.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef, red potatoes, garden salad, peaches, mixed vegetables and gingerbread.

THURSDAY: Crispy orange chicken wraps with Asian sesame slaw, fried rice, fortune cookies and green tea ice cream.

FRIDAY: French dips, shredded kale salad with walnuts, onion rings and cantaloupe.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Egg drop soup, chicken egg rolls, sweet and sour sauce, fried rice, steamed broccoli and peanut cookies.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes, prunes, whole wheat rolls, margarine and chocolate pudding.

THURSDAY: Pork chops, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, applesauce, broccoli and cauliflower, whole wheat rolls, margarine and sherbet.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Egg and sausage bake, oatmeal and apricots.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Seafood chowder, egg salad sandwiches and raspberry yogurt.

TUESDAY: Mushroom Swiss burgers, French fries and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Beef tacos, beans, chili relleno and fruit.

THURSDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, baked beans and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Biscuits, sausage gravy and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, dinner rolls and peach cobbler.

TUESDAY: Chicken cordon bleu with hollandaise, rice pilaf, vegetables and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Beef enchilada casserole, refried beans, Spanish rice and tapioca.

THURSDAY: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, rolls, butter and Jell-O.

FRIDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, salad, dinner rolls and fruit bars.
