Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Beef hot dogs, potato chips, three bean salad and cinnamon applesauce.

TUESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, tossed salad, assorted dressings and pineapple chunks.

WEDNESDAY: Bean and cheese burrito bake, Spanish rice, corn and cantaloupe.

THURSDAY: Herb baked chicken, bread stuffing, pan gravy, peas and onions, house salad and mixed berry cups.

FRIDAY: Barbecue bacon cheeseburgers, lettuce, onion, tomato, baked beans, blushed pears and cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, herb vegetable medley, sliced tomatoes, low-sodium and low-fat Italian dressing, cracked wheat bread, apple butter and oatmeal date bars.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed potatoes, ground beef, cheese, sour cream, margarine, carrots, peaches, grape juice and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, bananas and apricot-pineapple punch.

FRIDAY: Pancakes with margarine and syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Southwest penne and cheese bake, zucchini salad, garlic bread, citrus delight and cranberry-apple juice.

TUESDAY: Grilled hamburgers on mixed grain buns, lettuce, tomatoes, baked beans, deviled eggs and orange sections.

WEDNESDAY: Breaded fish squares, tartar sauce, rice pilaf, coleslaw, whole wheat bread, margarine, pears and cookies.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, zucchini and tomatoes, corn bread, margarine and plums.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Mother’s Day breakfast buffet.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Black bean soup, grilled cheese sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Lemon fish, macaroni and cheese, green beans and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Baked chicken chimichangas, refried beans and salad.

THURSDAY: Beef stroganoff, zucchini, rolls and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, bacon and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Cabbage rolls, egg noodles, steamed carrots, garlic bread and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Marmalade glazed chicken breasts, rice pilaf, vegetables, biscuits and Jell-O parfait.

WEDNESDAY: Tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour pork, fried rice, vegetables, egg rolls and cookies.

FRIDAY: Chili burgers, potatoes, vegetables and ice cream sundaes.
