Colleen Dulin is the new Carson City District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Associate District Manager. She was previously the Assistant Field Manager at the BLM Eagle Lake Field Office in Susanville, Calif. Dulin was also the northeastern California Assessment Inventory Monitoring program coordinator and field office budget manager.
She began her career with the BLM in 2003, where Dulin worked as a hydrologist and soils scientist for the Medford District in southern Oregon. During her career with the BLM she has also been actively involved in wildland fire operations and fire rehabilitation projects.
Dulin has a degree from the University of Oregon in both Environmental Science and Geography with an emphasis on fluvial and geomorphic processes. When she’s not working, Dulin enjoys mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, golf, and watching the Oregon Ducks.
