Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, fruit cocktail and cranberry apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, whole wheat bread, apple butter and Jell-O with mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Ham with pineapple, sweet potatoes, zucchini and peaches.

THURSDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, peas and carrots, tomato vinaigrette, oatmeal raisin cookies and orange sections.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, blushed pears and raspberry sherbet.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, whole wheat bread, margarine and peaches.

TUESDAY: Lemon pepper fish, minestrone soup, corn, whole wheat bread, margarine and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob, steamed spinach, creamy coleslaw, tapioca pudding and milk.

THURSDAY: Pork chow mein, steamed rice, chopped spinach, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat bread, apple butter, sliced pineapple and milk.

FRIDAY: Pancakes with margarine and syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls, steamed carrots, egg noodles, garlic bread and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Fried chicken, summer fruit bowl, mashed potatoes and gravy, whole kernel corn, biscuits and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn on the cob, steamed spinach, creamy coleslaw and tapioca pudding.

THURSDAY: Chili cheese hot dogs, pea salad, curly fires, fresh pineapple and ice cream royal.

FRIDAY: Italian sausage with pasta, cottage cheese and peaches, broccoli and cauliflower, garlic bread and chocolate eclairs.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Turkey a la king, carrots, biscuits, margarine, fruit cocktail and vanilla cookies.

TUESDAY: Italian rice and beef, tossed salad, red wine vinaigrette, dressing, carrots, apples and dinner rolls.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken burgers on whole wheat buns, lettuce, tomato, onions, fries, baked beans, carrot salad and mixed fruit.

THURSDAY: Hot beef sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, orange juice and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Broccoli quiche, bacon, potatoes, oat and fruit breakfast squares and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Meatball subs, French fries and salad.

TUESDAY: Chicken chow mein, egg rolls, fried rice and Mandarin oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef sandwiches, potato salad and cantaloupe.

THURSDAY: Pork chops with mushroom sauce, baked potatoes, broccoli salad and bananas.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Grilled bratwurst, German potato salad, German slaw, applesauce and oranges.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, biscuits, oatmeal cookies and fruit.

TUESDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, vegetables, biscuits and pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, spinach, bran muffins and fruit.

THURSDAY: Fish filet with dill sauce, rice pilaf, vegetables, biscuits and apple strudel.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Meatball subs, macaroni salad, beans and Jell-O parfait.
