Proctor and Telegraph streets will be closed all week for one block to the east and west of Carson Street.
Second and Fourth streets will be closed all week to the west of Carson Street to Curry Street.
Musser Street will be closed to the west of Carson Street to Curry Street on Monday and Tuesday.
Fifth Street will be closed to the west of Carson Street to Curry Street on Wednesday and Thursday.
