ARCO ampm, 2707 Highway 50 E., 99 points. Bags of ice were not properly labeled.

McDonald’s, 3770 Highway 395, 99 points. Grease was found inside the cabinets below the fryers.

Cracker Box, 402 E. William St., 98 points. Equipment and floors needed to be cleaned.

CVS Pharmacy, 1980 N. Carson St., 98 points. Candy, nuts, cookies and popcorn were found past their best-by dates, repeat violation.

Del Taco, 3780 Highway 395, 97 points. A certified food handler was not on site.

Walmart Supercenter, bakery, 3770 Highway 395, 97 points. There was no certified food handler on site.

Carson High School, gymnasium snack bar, 1111 S. Saliman Road, 95 points. Food was not being verified to make sure proper temperature was being maintained.

Westside Pourhouse, 110 W. Telegraph St., 95 points. Dishwashers were not working properly and needed maintenance. The floor in the walk-in refrigerator was broken and uncleanable.

Carson High School, culinary arts kitchen, 1111 S. Saliman Road, 91 points. A food preparer was seen eating pie crumbs while plating slices of pie. A kitchen worker handled ice cubes without wearing gloves. Sanitizer buckets with measurable sanitizer were missing. The ice machine and the area above the blade attachment on the large mixer needed to be cleaned.
