Villa Basque Deli, 730 Basque Way, 98 points. Grease was found between the stove tops and walls. Grates on the hood system needed to be cleaned. Inadequate levels of sanitizer were found on cloths used on food contact surfaces.

Dunkin’ Donuts, 2190 E. William St., 96 points. A container of coffee mix was out of date, corrected on site. Garbage storage container lids were not closed. The exhaust hood was dusty.
Grandma Hattie’s, 2811 S. Carson St., 96 points. Boxes of frozen food were being stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. The can opener was dirty, corrected on site.
Subway, 100 W. Winnie Lane, 92 points. Hot water was not available in the women’s bathroom. A certified food handler was not on site.
