Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Chili dogs, pickles, baked potato chips, three bean salad and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Egg and sausage croissant sandwiches, apricots, muffins and vegetable juice.

WEDNESDAY: Swiss steak with marinara sauce, egg noodles, spinach salad, bread sticks and apples.

THURSDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California vegetables, fresh orange sections and whole wheat bread.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, peas, mixed fruit, cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, bananas and apricot and pineapple punch.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, zucchini, garlic bread and apples.

WEDNESDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwiches, baby carrots, celery sticks and fresh fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Chicken broccoli rice, beet salad, apricot bran muffins, low-sodium margarine, honeydew and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins, margarine, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Salisbury steak, broccoli salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, California vegetables and island paradise coffee cake.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, sour cream potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, grain bread, apple butter and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joe’s on whole wheat buns, baked beans, baby carrots and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Chicken and broccoli Alfredo, spinach salad, garlic bread, cranberry juice and chocolate cream pie.

FRIDAY: Meatloaf, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and peach Melba.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, beets in orange sauce, carrot and raisin salad, whole wheat bread and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, fresh spinach, Italian dressing, apricot barn muffins and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Hot beef sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, baked apples and orange juice.

THURSDAY: Breaded fish squares, tartar sauce, rice pilaf, coleslaw, whole wheat bread, pears and cookies.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bagels and cream cheese, jelly and pineapple chunks.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Beef stew, egg noodles, biscuits and fruit.

TUESDAY: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, rolls and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Southwest chicken burgers, baked beans and fruit.

THURSDAY: Fish tacos, corn, beans and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Ham, eggs, fried red potatoes and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Spaghetti squash blend, salad, garlic biscuits and pudding.

TUESDAY: Chicken enchilada casserole, refried beans, Spanish rice and tapioca.

WEDNESDAY: Cabbage rolls, egg noodles, salad bar and cake.

THURSDAY: Pork chow mein, fried rice, egg rolls and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and cinnamon rolls.
