Five Tahoe/Douglas Elks members delivered hundreds of Valentine’s Day messages to hospitalized veterans and their caregivers at the Reno VA Hospital on Feb. 10. The messages, thanking the veterans for their service, were handmade by students and teachers of C.C. Meneley Elementary School.
