Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Macaroni and cheese with turkey, mixed vegetables, grape juice and lemon bars.

TUESDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pears in juice and whole wheat dinner rolls.

WEDNESDAY: Salmon, French bread with margarine, cauliflower with cheese sauce and berries in a cloud.

THURSDAY: Chili relleno, Spanish rice, zucchini, cinnamon, applesauce and churro.

FRIDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, house salad, assorted dressing, whole wheat bread, apple butter and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwiches, baby carrots, celery sticks and fresh fruit cups.

TUESDAY: Pork tenderloin, gravy, glazed carrots, stuffing, whole wheat bread, margarine and applesauce.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, French baked potatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, strawberry banana yogurt pops.

THURSDAY: Chili dogs with chili beans, cheddar cheese and onions, mixed vegetables, Tater Tots, watermelon and ice cream.

FRIDAY: Lunch to be announced.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Grilled bratwurst on buns, hot German potato salad, German slaw, spiced applesauce and fresh orange sections.

TUESDAY: Stir fried beef with mushrooms, sugar snap peas and water chestnuts, fruit salad, white rice, fortune cookies and citrus twist trifle.

WEDNESDAY: Beef pot roast with gravy, potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, salad, dinner rolls, spiced peaches and cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Cream of potato soup, grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, chips, romaine salad with dried cranberries, apple juice and sugar cookies.

FRIDAY: Breaded pollock, cherry Brie tossed salad, rice pilaf, Key Largo vegetables and lemon bars.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Beef vegetable soup, tuna macaroni salad, low-sodium crackers and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine, raspberry and cranberry salads.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stew with noodles, garden salad, French dressing, buttermilk biscuits and fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Polish sausage, rolls, garden salad with onions and bell peppers and dressing, potato wedges and apricots.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, honeydew, toast, margarine and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Southwest white chicken chili, cheese biscuits and fruit.

TUESDAY: Patty melt, French fries, mixed vegetables and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Italian sausage, mushroom tortellini, broccoli and salad.

THURSDAY: Open faced turkey sandwich, mashed green beans and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Bacon, hash browns, bagels and pineapple.
