Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Lemon baked fish, parsley buttered potatoes, seasoned zucchini, Waldorf salad, whole wheat rolls, apple butter and cantaloupe chunks.

TUESDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, carrots, grape juice and lemon bars.

WEDNESDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California vegetables, orange sections, whole wheat bread and unsalted margarine.

THURSDAY: Reuben sandwiches, sauerkraut, pickled beets, cinnamon applesauce and cookies.

FRIDAY: Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, diced peaches, cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, peaches, gingerbread cake and whipped topping.

TUESDAY: Lasagna, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic bread, mixed fruit and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Sweet and sour chicken, steamed brown rice, peas and carrots, fresh spinach, Catalina dressing, whole wheat bread, margarine and oatmeal date bars.

THURSDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, mixed green salad, low-sodium and low-fat Italian dressing and ambrosia.

FRIDAY: Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, honeydew, toast, margarine, V8 and orange juice.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Meatball stew, steamed cabbage, corn bread, margarine and fruit.

TUESDAY: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, whole wheat rolls, margarine, bananas and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joe’s, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine and peach cobbler.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage and egg bake, oatmeal and apricot halves.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, corn on the cob, ranch beans and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, spinach, rolls and salad.

THURSDAY: Pork chops, stuffing, broccoli and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, bacon and fruit.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Apple topped pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, lettuce and tomato salad, French dressing and crisped rice treats.

TUESDAY: French dip sandwiches, onion rings, country vegetables, marinated beet salad and strawberry pretzel squares.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pasta, vegetable and herb medley, chopped fresh spinach with honey dressing, garlic bread and spiced applesauce.

THURSDAY: Baked fish with tartar sauce, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, Brussels sprouts, pea salad and lemon blueberry tart.

FRIDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes and gravy, Key Largo vegetables, spring salad with almonds and dried cranberries and cake and ice cream.
