Carson grad earns degree from University of San Diego
A 2012 Carson High School graduate earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of San Diego on May 22.
Emily Nicole Collins, the daughter of Jeff and Tarron Collins, graduated magna cum laude. An active member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority, she studied in Spain for six months, and now is employed by the Target Corporation in Escondido, Calif.
Fernley woman joins honor society
Aubree Ellifritz of Fernley was recently inducted into Wheaton College’s Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Honor Society.
Lambda Pi Eta is the National Communication Association’s official honor society at four-year colleges and universities.
Wheaton College is in Wheaton, Ill.
