Billi Jo Hawkins passed away unexpectedly at her home in Carson City, Nevada on July 2, 2016. She was born to Joseph and Ruth Hawkins on November 11, 1976 in Elko, Nevada. Billi was a special person and touched the hearts of all that she met. She will be truly missed. She is survived by her parents, brother Thomas (Mel), nieces, Sydney and Kayleigh. No services are planned, but there will be a Celebration of her life held in Carson City at a later date.
