Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Salmon patties on buns, mixed vegetables, applesauce and peanut butter bars.

TUESDAY: Asian chicken salad, chow mein noodles, almonds, sesame dressing, Mandarin oranges and pineapples.

WEDNESDAY: Chili relleno, Spanish rice, zucchini, blushed pears and churros.

THURSDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burgers, baked beans, carrot and raisin salad and pineapple chunks.

FRIDAY: Swiss steak with tomato sauce, brown rice, broccoli, house salad, assorted dressing, savory style beans and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken noodle soup, French bread pizza, broccoli salad, rainbow sherbet, oatmeal date bars and pink lemonade.

TUESDAY: Baked meatloaf, rice casserole, beets in orange sauce, baby carrots, celery sticks, grain bread, peach butter and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Fish tacos, cowboy beans, honeydew and cantaloupe.

THURSDAY: Ham and beans, spinach, green salad, dressing, corn bread, cottage cheese and pears with Jell-O.

FRIDAY: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese, fresh fruit and breaded chicken strips.

TUESDAY: Cheese tortellini with pasta sauce, spinach salad, Italian blend vegetables, garlic bread and banana pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Pork tamales with green enchilada sauce, corn and black bean salad, Spanish rice, refried beans and apple turnovers.

THURSDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California vegetables, whole wheat bread and fresh orange wedges.

FRIDAY: Black and bleu salad, grilled steak, romaine lettuce, spring mix, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, bleu cheese, bread sticks, watermelon and ice cream bars.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots, peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Summer chicken and berry salad, raspberry vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls, margarine and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread and pears with Jell-O.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and peaches.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken chimichangas, refired beans and salad.

TUESDAY: Hungarian goulash, carrots, bread, salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Onion burgers, baked macaroni and cheese, green beans and salad.

THURSDAY: Teriyaki salmon, rice, vegetable medley and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Chicken sausage, German potato salad, German slaw, applesauce and oranges.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, dinner rolls and peach cobbler.

TUESDAY: Chicken tenders, potatoes, cottage cheese, fresh fruit and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, green salad, garlic bread and fruit.

THURSDAY: Tilapia with dill sauce, rice pilaf, vegetables, biscuits and cake.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, vegetables, salad, biscuits and cookies.
