Caroline Joyce Tognoni, passed away on June 10, 2016 in Reno, NV at the age of 67.She was born in Park Rapids, Minnesota on October 22, 1948 to Anchor and Mildred Rasmussen.She moved to East Ely, NV when she was 6 years old, then moved to Ruth, NV.She married Louis C. Tognoni on November 21, 1966 and moved with her husband and family for several years to different naval bases throughout the U.S., then she moved to Fallon, NV in 1984, where she made many friends and met many good people through the LDS church, work and neighbors.Her infectious smile and happy attitude of life will be sorely missed.Surviving members of her family are her husband, Louis Christopher Tognoni; her brother, Ray Rasmussen (Leona); her sister, Phyllis Hannison; her daughter, Marie Ozoude (Vitalis) and their 4 children, Vitalis Jr.; Jasmine, Jessica and Alexander Ozoude; daughter, Christine Tognoni Miller (Grant) and her sons, David Tognoni and Anthony Tognoni; her son, Nye Tognoni and his daughters, Sheyann and Sikoya Tognoni. We love you mom.Funeral services for Caroline will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 11:00 am at the LDS Church 750 W. Richards St. in Fallon.

Visitation will precede the services at 10am also at the Church. Interment will follow at the Churchill County Cemetery under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, 775-423-2255.
