Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Lemon baked fish, parsley buttered potatoes, zucchini, Waldorf salad, whole wheat rolls, apple butter and watermelon.

TUESDAY: Chili relleno, refried beans, corn, Jell-O with pears and churro.

WEDNESDAY: French bread pizza, chicken nuggets, barbecue sauce, house salad, tomatoes, assorted dressing and orange wedges.

THURSDAY: St. Patrick’s Day shepherd’s pie sliders, peaches and coconut cream pie.

FRIDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pears in juice and whole wheat dinner rolls.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Fried rice with almonds, mini chicken egg rolls, orange and spinach salad and cranberry apple dessert.

TUESDAY: Oven fried chicken, cauliflower with cheese sauce, biscuits, margarine, apple juice and peach Melba.

WEDNESDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pear halves in juice, whole wheat dinner rolls and unsalted margarine.

THURSDAY: Corned beef, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, apples, rye bread and banana pudding.

FRIDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, sweet potatoes, baked beans, mixed vegetables, pineapple cups and cake and ice cream.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Green chili chicken enchiladas, sour cream, salsa, black bean salad, Spanish rice and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, spinach spaghetti, mixed green salad, Italian dressing, garlic bread and nectarines.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken piccata with lemon capers and artichoke hearts, spring mix salad with dried cranberries and candied walnuts, wild rice, asparagus and yogurt and granola parfait.

THURSDAY: Corned beef and cabbage, Jell-O fruit salad, red potatoes, rye bread, carrots, green apple juice and lime sherbet.

FRIDAY: Lentil soup, tuna salad sandwiches, carrot and raisin salad and fresh apples.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Crab salad, beets, crackers, cantaloupe, sherbet and cake.

TUESDAY: Baked liver and onions, corn, tomatoes vinaigrette mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread, apple butter and peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuits, honey and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, apples, rye bread and banana pudding.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: French toast, margarine, syrup, bacon, eggs, honeydew, orange juice and V8.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken taco soup, cheese quesadilla and fruit.

TUESDAY: Turkey bacon burgers, onion rings, corn on the cob and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Salmon, rice pilaf and spinach salad.

THURSDAY: Corned beef, cabbage, corn bread and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, sausage patties and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, biscuits and cookies.

TUESDAY: Ham and cheese sandwiches, potatoes, vegetables, salad and pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, spinach, bran muffins and fruit.

THURSDAY: Tilapia, rice pilaf, vegetables, garlic biscuits and peach cobbler.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 P.M.: Turkey dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, rolls and dessert.
