Dayton High’s softball team posted an 0-3-1 record at the Yerington Tournament over the weekend.
Dayton went hitless in a 14-0 loss to Bishop and lost 14-1 to Yerington on Friday. On Saturday, the Dust Devils tied Whittell, 9-9, and lost 8-3 to Wells.
Sydney Anderson went 3-for-4 on the weekend with a homer four RBI and two runs scored, while Aleea Howe went 2-for-4 on the weekend with a three-run homer and a single. Caleigh Onstott also had two hits on the weekend.
Dayton hosts a three-game series against Elko on Friday and Saturday. First pitch is 3 p.m. Friday.
