Glenda Marion Haffner

Glenda Marion Haffner, 66, of Fallon Nevada, passed away at her home on February 27, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Glenda was born January 22, 1950 in Eugene Oregon. She is preceded in death by her parents Glendon Dotson and Marian Wellons. Glenda loved traveling and was fortunate enough to be able to travel to many foreign destinations with the love of her life. She also loved the outdoors and spent many years hunting and fishing. Glenda spent much of her free time quilting and sewing and enjoyed her monthly bunco games with dear friends. Glenda had a great love for animals and left behind three beautiful dogs that her and her husband had adopted. Glenda is survived by her loving husband Darwin Haffner of Fallon NV, her sister Jacki (Joe) Salvatore of Seattle WA, brothers Mark Birks and Greg Wellons of Sparks NV, her son Travis (Lisa) Cloyd of West Bountiful UT, daughters Brandy (Chad) Christiansen of Lovelock NV and JoJanna Cloyd of Fallon NV, stepsons Tim Haffner and Randy (Tracy) Haffner of Fallon NV, grandchildren Christopher (Blanca), Savannah, Madison and Glenda Christiansen of Lovelock NV, D’Amante Skyler (Kelli) Cloyd of Fallon NV, Kevin Blair and Adrian Blair of Jerome ID, Joshua Cloyd and Danielle Cloyd of West Bountiful UT, Alex Haffner of Fallon NV, Zachary (Melissa) Haffner of Reno NV, and Lyndsy Haffner of Reno NV, and great grandsons D’Amante Skyler Cloyd Jr. of Fallon NV, Dax Haffner of Reno NV and great granddaughter Kendyl Haffner of Reno NV. A memorial service is not scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Glenda’s name to CAPS (Churchill Animal Protection Society PO Box 5128 Fallon NV 89406) or the Nevada Humane Society.
