Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California blend vegetables, fresh orange sections, whole wheat bread and unsalted margarine.

TUESDAY: Sausage, egg and cheese omelet, peaches, muffins and vegetable juice.

WEDNESDAY: Hamburgers on whole wheat buns, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, fat-free mayonnaise, low-sodium ketchup, baked beans and cantaloupe chunks.

THURSDAY: Manicotti, Italian vegetables, spiced applesauce, garlic bread sticks and cookies.

FRIDAY: Clam chowder, half a turkey sandwich, house salad and fresh fruit.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Meatball stew, steamed cabbage, corn bread, margarine and mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Thin and crispy pizza, savory style beans, tossed vegetable salad, creamy Italian dressing and applesauce.

WEDNESDAY: Chili beans with sour cream, cheddar cheese and onions, carrots, corn bread, margarine, Waldorf salad and grape juice.

THURSDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.

FRIDAY: Honey mustard chicken, scalloped potatoes, peas and carrots, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cookies.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls, white rice, tomato, cucumber and onion salad, California vegetables, garlic bread and cherry walnut dessert.

TUESDAY: Barbecue beef sandwiches, corn, steamed spinach, coleslaw and tapioca pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Roasted turkey with cranberry glaze, fruit salad, stuffing, broccoli casserole and cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Clam chowder, Asian shrimp salad, apricot bran muffins and bananas.

FRIDAY: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and Halloween dessert.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Meatballs and mozzarella cheese on French rolls, green beans, potato wedges, stewed tomatoes, cottage cheese and pineapple chunks.

TUESDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black eyed peas, garden salad, creamy Italian dressing and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Hamburger gravy, biscuits, carrots and peas, ambrosia salad, ice cream, cherry topping and cookies.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins, orange juice and V8.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, biscuits and cookies.

TUESDAY: Mambo pork roast, corn muffins, broccoli, salad and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Tamales, refried beans, Spanish rice, salad and tapioca.

THURSDAY: Bacon cheeseburgers, macaroni salad, vegetables and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30 a.m.: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, sweet rolls and fruit.
