Construction updates for Oct. 17-21:
Carson Street will be closed between Musser and Fifth streets on Monday.
Fifth and Musser streets will be open to eastbound and westbound traffic.
Robinson Street will be closed on both the east and west side of Carson Street weekdays.
Carson Street will be open in both directions Tuesday through Friday.
