Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Beef patties on whole wheat buns, tomato, onion, lettuce, baked beans and cantaloupe.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, grain bread, margarine, apple butter and fresh bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Loaded turkey sandwiches, cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickled beets and fresh apples.

THURSDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, zucchini sticks, corn bread muffins, pears and strawberry yogurt.

FRIDAY: Ribs, baked beans, corn, spiced apples, carrot salad, cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Lentil soup, tuna salad sandwiches, carrot and raisin salad and apples.

TUESDAY: Breaded fish, tartar sauce, coleslaw, potato wedges, apricots and cake with plumb sauce.

WEDNESDAY: Chile relleno bake, refried beans, garden salad, dressing and mixed fruit.

THURSDAY: Honey mustard chicken, apricots, peas, scalloped potatoes, whole wheat rolls, margarine and cookies.

FRIDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, whole wheat banana muffins, peach butter blueberry yogurt and orange-banana juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Chef salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, turkey, ham and hard-boiled eggs, grapes and banana nut muffins.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti, Italian blend vegetables, roasted garlic bread, pear cups, spinach salad and cheesecake.

WEDNESDAY: Teriyaki beef, rice, broccoli with almonds, mixed relish tray, whole wheat bread and bananas.

THURSDAY: Herb baked chicken, stuffing with gravy, peas and onions, garden salad with honey dressing and mixed berry cups.

FRIDAY: Clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowls, Key Largo vegetables, pea salad, blueberry cream cheese and dessert cups.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

TUESDAY: Chicken chimichangas, refried beans, corn and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, salad and fruit.

THURSDAY: Pork carnitas, black beans, corn and fruit.

FRIDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwiches, carrots and fruit cups.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, egg noodles, vegetables and pudding.

TUESDAY: Chicken noodle casserole, salad, corn bread, Jell-O and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic biscuits and oranges.

THURSDAY: Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, salad, bread, apricots and oatmeal cookies.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Fish and chips, coleslaw, biscuits and cake.
