Edward Charles Neill Sr.

Dec. 18. 1934 ~ March 30, 2017

Edward Charles Neill Sr. was born December 18th, 1934 to Perry Clark Neill Sr. and Irene Christine (Memmer) in Middletown, Ohio.

Edward served his country in the Army for 2 years overseas in Germany.

Edward raised his family in Las Vegas, Nevada where he was a casino dealer for 38 years. He spent the last 20 years living in Carson City, Nevada with his youngest daughter Stephanie (Garry) and their children. The legacy he was able to impart to his grandchildren while living in the same household will not be forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rita Frances (Rudicil), of 54 years.

Edward is survived by their 4 children, 1st child, Edward Charles Jr….his 3 children, Christie Davis {her children Ryan, Aemmathyst, Savanna, Jaycob, and Ethan}, Jason Allen and John Edward; 2nd child, Di Ann Reiplinger (Thomas)….their 2 children, Eric Thomas and Allison Frances; 3rd child, Susan Ann Christian….her 2 children Ginger Marie and Mary Beth; 4th child, Stephanie Ann Leist (Garry)…..their 5 children, Melissa {her children Domenico and Liliane}, Jason (Natalie) {their children David, Isaiah, Anna, and Noah}, Elizabeth Ann, Katherine Ann and Christine Ann.

Edward accepted Jesus as his Savior and will spend eternity face to face with God. Edward passed away March 30th, 2017 with his family by his side. He will be greatly missed for a season but we have faith we will see him again and forever.

There was a private burial at the Northern Nevada Veteran’s Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada.
