Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Greek salad with salami, feta cheese, olives and Aegean dressing, pita bread and fruit cups.

TUESDAY: Chicken Alfredo, garlic bread sticks, peas, apricots and berries on a cloud.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stew, sourdough bread, bananas, house salad and brownies.

THURSDAY: Fish tacos with coleslaw and avocado, refried beans, honeydew, cantaloupe and cookies.

FRIDAY: Sweet and sour pork, brown rice pilaf, steamed cauliflower, house salad, whole wheat bread, margarine and peaches.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Lentil soup, tuna sandwiches, carrot and raisin salad and apples.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, French baked potatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, strawberry banana yogurt pops and orange juice.

WEDNESDAY: Baked chicken, carrots, parsley buttered potatoes, whole wheat rolls, margarine, peaches and angel food cake.

THURSDAY: Brunch for lunch: Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, biscuits, apple butter, pears, V8 and orange juice.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions and Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, cauliflower, whole wheat rolls, mixed fruit, cake and ice cream.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Beef stir fry with broccoli, white rice, coleslaw, pear cups and gingerbread with whipped topping.

TUESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, mixed green salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef with gravy, fruit salad, red rosemary potatoes, Brussels sprouts, dinner rolls, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Chicken cassoulet with sausage and white beans, cottage cheese and peaches, garlic bread and custard.

FRIDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Lentil soup, tuna sandwiches, carrot and raisin salad and apples.

TUESDAY: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, French baked potatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, strawberry banana yogurt pops and orange juice.

THURSDAY: Hot beef sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, orange juice and baked apples.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Pepperoni pizza casserole, Parmesan zucchini sticks and fruit.

TUESDAY: Beef and broccoli, steamed rice, Asian cucumber salad and oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pasta primavera, salad, oranges and pineapple and garlic bread.

THURSDAY: Oven baked pork chops, Southern succotash, coleslaw and fruit.

FRIDAY: Baked Cajun cod, broccoli stuffed potatoes, salad, bread and oranges.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Pork chops with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, dinner rolls and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti squash, salad, garlic bread and yogurt pops.

THURSDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, vegetables, biscuits and pudding.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, dinner rolls and dessert.
