Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Feb. 17. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
B&E Catering, 1020 Mountain St., scored 100 points.
Butler Meats, 1909 N. Carson St., 100 points.
La Salsa Grill, 963 Topsy Lane, Suite 316, 100 points.
National’s Cafe, 1701 N. Carson St., 100 points.
Eagle Gas II, 1360 S. Carson St., 96 points. Bags of ice were inadequately labeled. The self-closing mechanism on the bathroom door was broken.
Garibaldi’s, 307 N. Carson St., 95 points. The handle of the ice scoop was touching the ice. Chlorine test kits were missing from the dishwasher and sanitizer buckets. Liquid hand soap was needed at the employee hand wash sink.
