Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Ravioli with broccoli and Alfredo sauce, Italian veggies, blushed pears, bread sticks and cookies.

TUESDAY: Cheddar broccoli soup, ham sandwich halves on wheat bread, spinach salad and fruit juice.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pasta, vegetable medley, chopped spinach salad, garlic bread sticks, spiced applesauce and orange juice.

THURSDAY: Beef patties on whole wheat buns, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, baked beans and cantaloupe chunks.

FRIDAY: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, fruit cocktail, whipped cherry salad, cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread, and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Lentil soup, tuna salad sandwiches, carrot raisin salad and fresh apples.

WEDNESDAY: Pork chops, applesauce, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli and cauliflower, whole wheat rolls, margarine and sherbet.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

FRIDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine and ambrosia salad.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Fish fillet sandwiches, apple walnut slaw, vegetable rice pilaf, California vegetables and strawberry shortcake.

TUESDAY: Chicken tetrazzini, mixed vegetables, broccoli salad, whole wheat dinner rolls with apple butter and cherry apricot granola cups.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Chili beans, sour cream, cheddar cheese and onions, mixed veggies, corn bread, margarine, Waldorf salad and grape juice.

TUESDAY: Baked chicken tenders, French baked potatoes, beets in orange sauce, carrot raisin salad, whole wheat bread and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, fresh spinach, Italian dressing, apricot bran muffins and bananas.

THURSDAY: Hot beef sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, baked apples and orange juice.

FRIDAY: Grilled cheese sandwiches, potato corn chowder, orange spinach salad and tropical fruit cups.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Minestrone soup, chicken salad sandwiches and vanilla yogurt with raspberries.

TUESDAY: Turkey fajitas, Spanish rice, ranch beans, spinach salad and pineapple.

WEDNESDAY: Blackened fish, angel hair pasta with Alfredo sauce, broccoli and salad.

THURSDAY: Swiss steak, baked potatoes, veggie medley, bread and apples.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Broccoli cheddar soup, turkey sandwiches and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, biscuits and apple strudel.

TUESDAY: Pork chops with mushroom gravy, green salad, baked potatoes and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Rotisserie chicken, seasoned potatoes, vegetables and garlic bread.

THURSDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, vegetables and biscuits.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30 a.m.: Egg casserole, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pastries and fruit.
