Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils weren’t clean; pink slime was found in both ice machines.

An employee was eating pizza in the food preparation area. Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils weren’t clean. The dough presser was coated in flour. The pizza oven wasn’t being cleaned monthly. The reach-in cooler needed to be cleaned. Single-service utensils were being stored in the bathrooms. The three-basin sink was leaking and needed to be repaired, repeat violation. The floors weren’t clean.
