Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Italian sausage on hot dog buns, onions, peppers, pickled beets, grape juice and brownies.

TUESDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwiches, carrot and celery salad, fresh fruit and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, house salad, assorted dressing, pineapple and lemon bars.

THURSDAY: Salmon, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, mixed fruit, fruit juice and peanut butter bars.

FRIDAY: Herb baked chicken, bread stuffing, pan gravy, peas, house salad, assorted dressing and mixed berry cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Herb and garlic chicken, squash, salad, baked potatoes, margarine and pears.

TUESDAY: Beef pot pie, green beans with mushrooms, whole wheat rolls, margarine, mixed fruit and sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, tossed salad, Italian dressing and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, tartar sauce, rice pilaf and pears.

FRIDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black-eyed peas, garden salad, Italian dressing and bananas.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Baked ham with sweet potatoes, black bean lentils, Waldorf salad, corn bread muffins and peach pie.

TUESDAY: Chicken breast with low-sodium bacon and sun dried tomatoes, cream sauce over fettuccine, Oregon blend vegetables, pea salad, pineapple juice and banana cupcakes.

WEDNESDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad and fresh oranges.

THURSDAY: Split pea soup, meatball subs, cucumbers in sour cream and apple quarters with caramel dip.

FRIDAY: Cajun breaded cod with tartar sauce, Mediterranean pasta salad, rice pilaf, peas, carrots, fruit and pudding dessert.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Shredded beef tacos, beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Sweet and sour pork, fried rice, salad, egg rolls, fortune cookies and peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, squash blend, orange spinach salad, plums, whole wheat dinner rolls and apple butter.

THURSDAY: Chicken tenders, potato wedges, cottage cheese, fruit and sherbet.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Biscuits and gravy, egg casserole, sausage links, pastries and fruit.
