Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls, egg noodles, steamed carrots, garlic bread sticks and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, French bread, blushed pears and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: BLTs, three-bean salad, cottage cheese, fruit and cranberry juice.

THURSDAY: Manicotti, Italian vegetables, French bread, fruit cocktail and apples.

FRIDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, California vegetables, fresh orange sections and whole wheat bread.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken and dumplings, green peas, carrot and raisin salad, whole wheat low-sodium crackers and fruit cocktail.

TUESDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, cucumber, tomato and onion salad, dressing and blushed pears.

WEDNESDAY: Herb baked chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream, chives, vegetables, peach butter, whole wheat bread and apples.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, whole wheat bread, margarine and peaches.

FRIDAY: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread and apples.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Onion and apple glazed pork tenderloin, stuffing with corn, cranberries and walnuts, cucumber salad and vanilla rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, sour cream potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, grain bread, apple butter and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots and peach Melba.

THURSDAY: Chicken noodle soup, turkey taco salad with dressing and hot fruit compote.

FRIDAY: Crab cakes, spring mix salad with Italian dressing, rice, Key Largo vegetables, Greek yogurt with fruit and granola parfait.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Chuchill Road:

MONDAY: Chile relleno bake, refried beans, garden salad, dressing and mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Italian turkey burgers, baked steak fries, peas and carrots and honeydew.

WEDNESDAY: Tuna casserole, colorful salad, French dressing, bananas, whole wheat bread and margarine.

THURSDAY: French dip, steak fries, baked beans, garden salad and cake.

FRIDAY: Turkey wraps, spinach, tomatoes, water chestnuts, flour tortillas, cranberry salad and pumpkin pie.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Southwestern barbecue chicken burger, baked beans, carrots and pineapple.

TUESDAY: Parmesan tilapia, tortellini with mushroom sauce, corn and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Ham with pineapple, mashed potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and salad.

THURSDAY: Spaghetti with meatballs, salad, garlic bread, fruit and cottage cheese.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Seafood chowder, egg salad sandwiches and vanilla yogurt with raspberries.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Polish dogs, macaroni and cheese, vegetables and brownies.

TUESDAY: Chef salad, garlic bread and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach salad, dinner rolls and fruit.

THURSDAY: Ham, turkey and cheese on rolls, potatoes and cookies.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Roast beef, whole wheat rolls, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, calico vegetable salad and pineapple chunks.
