Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Turkey dogs, buns, baked potato chips, carrot and raisin salad, applesauce and pudding.

TUESDAY: Fish tacos, refried beans, honeydew, cantaloupe and mixed berry cups.

WEDNESDAY: Chef salad with ham, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives, avocado, French bread, cottage cheese, fruit and cookies.

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potatoes, brussels sprouts, fruit juice, ambrosia and dump cake.

FRIDAY: Baked pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, mixed green salad, assorted dressing, whole wheat bread, banana pudding and oranges.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat buns, tartar sauce, California vegetables, Tater Tots and pears.

TUESDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat dinner rolls, fruit cocktail and pink lemonade.

WEDNESDAY: Tomato soup, mixed vegetable pasta salad, rye crisp bread crackers, orange juice and banana and blueberry yogurt.

THURSDAY: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine and ambrosia salad.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans with mushrooms, whole wheat rolls, margarine and mixed fruit.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Beef vegetable soup, sweet Italian sausage with peppers and onions, polenta, broccoli, whole wheat crackers, mixed green salad and bananas.

TUESDAY: Seasoned chicken nuggets, green beans with mushrooms, mashed sweet potatoes, tossed salad with creamy Italian dressing and gingerbread.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef, gravy, red potatoes, Prince William vegetables, fruit salad, dinner rolls, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Turkey breast sandwiches with cream cheese and cranberry sauce on whole wheat bread, broccoli salad with sunflower seeds and dried cranberries, V8, and raspberry sorbet.

FRIDAY: Black and blue steak salad with blue cheese or ranch dressing, bread sticks, summer fruit bowl and cheesecake.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat buns, tartar sauce, California vegetables, Tater Tots and pears.

TUESDAY: Hot Italian sandwiches, potato salad, sliced tomatoes and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Linguine with clam sauce, garlic bread, salad and fruit.

THURSDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild rice, vegetable blend, oranges and bread.

FRIDAY: Beef patties with fixings, baked beans and pineapple.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, garlic biscuits and brownies.

TUESDAY: Fish and chips, vegetable, beans, coleslaw, biscuits and Jell-O parfaits.

WEDNESDAY: Pork chops with mushroom gravy, baked potatoes, broccoli and bananas.

THURSDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, mashed potatoes, salad and pudding.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Stuffed cabbage rolls, egg noodles, steamed carrots, garlic bread and apple crisp.
