The Carson swim team knocked off Spanish Springs, 188-94, and Bishop Manogue, 171-114, at the Carson Aquatic Center.
Matthew Hill was the overall winner in the 50 free (23.12) and 100 free (50.69). He also swam on two winning relay teams. Brett Kolb won the 200 free (1:51.83) and was fourth in the 50 free (24.00). Reece Canfield won the 100 butterfly (55.81) and was second in the 50 free (23.79). Alexander Gutierrez won the 500 free (5:36.42) and took second in the 100 back (59.68). Bryan Remick placed second overall in the 100 breast (1:13.12) and the 200 IM (2:19.16). The Senators won all three relay events.
The Carson girls beat Spanish Springs 164-129.5 and lost to Bishop Manogue 154-132.
Blanca Sosa won the 200 free (2:09.84) and placed second in the 50 free (26.26). Nicole Van Geel won the 100 back (1:02.37). America Brena Gutierrez was second in the 200 free (2:11.41) and fourth in the 200 IM (2:37.23). Hannah Presley placed third in the 500 free (6:02.03). The Carson girls also won the 200 free relay.
