Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls over egg noodles, steamed carrots, garlic bread and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potatoes, peas, apricots and berries in a cloud.

WEDNESDAY: Reuben sandwiches on marble rye bread, sauerkraut, carrot salad, mixed vegetables and apricots.

THURSDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich halves, house salad and fresh fruit.

FRIDAY: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli, fresh bananas and lemon bars.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, bananas and apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Sloppy Joe on whole wheat buns, baked beans, baby carrots and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken and dumplings, beets, citrus salad and fruit cobbler.

THURSDAY: Italian beef bake, peas and carrots, spinach salad, frozen vanilla strawberry yogurt and cranberry apple juice.

FRIDAY: Roast turkey and ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, roasted Brussels sprouts, whole wheat rolls, margarine, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Beef vegetables soup, sweet Italian sausage with peppers and onions, polenta, mixed green salad, broccoli and bananas.

TUESDAY: French dip with au jus, Romaine, bacon and Swiss salad, potato wedges, V8 and apricot gelatin dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Roasted pork loin, fruit salad, dinner rolls, rosemary and garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, country blend vegetables, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Chicken and broccoli rice, beet salad, apricot bran muffins, honeydew and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY: Honey garlic salmon, cottage cheese, Mandarin oranges, butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, pecans, cranberries and tapioca.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

WEDNESDAY: Birthday lunch: Shrimp fajitas, ranch beans and corn salad.

THURSDAY: Swedish meatballs with egg noodles, cucumber and tomato salad and fruit.

FRIDAY: Tomato soup, sub sandwiches, baby carrots and bananas.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Shredded beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach noodles, California blend vegetables, orange spinach salad, bread sticks and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, salad, garlic bread and strudel.

THURSDAY: Polish dogs, potatoes, salad and brownies.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, salad, dinner rolls and pie.
