Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Stuffed pepper over brown rice, California blend vegetables, three bean salad, fruit cup.

TUESDAY: Cheddar broccoli soup, half ham sandwich on wheat bread, spinach salad, fruit juice.

WEDNESDAY: Swiss steak, baked potato, vegetable medley, whole wheat roll, applesauce.

THURSDAY: Tuna salad on pita, minestrone soup, cookie.

FRIDAY: Baked cod with hollandaise sauce, scalloped potatoes, spinach, house salad, whole wheat roll, fruit juice.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, Capri blend vegetables, whole wheat bread, margarine, apricots.

TUESDAY: Fried rice with almonds, mini chicken egg rolls, orange spinach salad, cranberry apple dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Tomato soup, Southwest grilled chicken salad with black beans, corn and cheddar cheese, low-sodium tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream, fresh oranges.

THURSDAY: Baked pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, mixed green salad, French dressing, whole wheat roll, Smart Balance unsalted spread, bananas.

FRIDAY: Minestrone soup, crab salad on bed of lettuce, pickled beets, sliced tomato, whole wheat crackers, cantaloupe, sherbet.
