Charles Wayne Debenham

April 19, 1921 - Sept. 15, 2018

On September 15, 2018 Charles Wayne (Bud) Debenham departed this world to live forever with Jesus. Bud had lived over 97 years at the time of his passing. We suffer his loss but rejoice that his pain is over.

Bud was married to Wilma (who passed on April 13, 2017) for nearly 75 years. Bud and Wilma had two children, Carole Tashmann (Carson City, NV) and Philip Debenham (Eagle, ID). In addition Bud leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Bud spent 30 years on the Los Angeles City Fire Department rising to the rank of Captain. He was loved and respected by all who knew him. He had a personality that was irresistible, and a way of making all who came in contact with him feel good about themselves. He was a genuinely a Godly man who loved God and people.

While we, his family, will greatly miss him, we are eternally grateful to our great God who has called him home.

We will be having a memorial service for both Bud and Wilma Debenham, on October 14th, 2018 at LifePoint Church, 1095 Stephanie Way, Minden, NV. 89423 at 3:00 PM.
