Carson City road report for Feb. 4 to Feb. 10, 2019

The following information applies to the period of Feb. 4 to 10:

Road closures expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Cinnabar Lane will be closed between Agate Drive and Boulder Drive Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Local traffic will be permitted.

Minnesota Street will be closed from Ann Street to Washington Street Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Local traffic will be permitted.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Intersection of Ash Canyon Road and Winnie Lane will have lane restrictions Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Ash Canyon Road from North Ormsby Boulevard to Wellington West will have lane restrictions Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Goni Road will have intermittent lane closures between Arrowhead Drive and College Parkway Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Hot Springs Road will have reduced lanes between Carson Street and Roop Street Monday-Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

U.S. 50 westbound outer lane will have lane restrictions between Airport Road and Sherman Lane, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the multi-use path will be closed.

North Lompa Drive will have intermittent single lane closures between U.S. 50 and Menlo Drive, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Menlo Drive will have intermittent single lane closures between North Lompa Drive and Airport Road, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Airport Road will have intermittent single lane closures between U.S. 50 and Menlo Drive, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

East Fifth Street will have a single lane closure and altered traffic pattern from South Stewart Street to South Roop Street Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

North Plaza Street from East William Street to East Washington Street will have utility work along the shoulder Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Use caution.

Fairview Drive will have a single lane closure from Gordon Street to Sweetwater Drive Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Single lane closures will take place on both directions of U.S. 50 between Onyz Street and Micro Way in Silver Springs will take place next week.

Utility relocation will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The utility work will take place in three separate locations at separate times between Onyz Street and Micro Way. Traffic flaggers will alternate directions of traffic through the area. Minor travel delays are to be expected. Motorists are advised to always drive safely through road work zones, following posted work zone speed limits.

Periodic on-street parking restrictions, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., for tree planting in the following locations:

Curry Street between Musser and Robinson Street

Musser Street between Curry Street and Carson Street

Proctor Street between Curry Street and Carson Street

Telegraph Street between Curry Street and Carson Street

Spear Street between Curry Street and Carson Street

Robinson Street between Curry Street and Carson Street
