Fix the roof leaks and protect all foods from water damage and contamination.

Move the food products in the freezer from under the area of the leak.

Store food products at least 6 inches off the ground at all times.

Panda Kitchen and Sushi, 1986 E. William St., restaurant 51-100 seats, score 0, grade: A. Non-critical violations: 4.

All food stored in the refrigerators and freezers was not labeled, dated and covered.

The grease barrel was noted to be soiled with grease and food debris. The concrete base also was soiled with grease.

There were no disposable paper hand towels at two of the employee handwash sinks (the dispensers did not work properly).

A WD 40 lubrication can was stored near pots and pans in the kitchen.
