IN THE NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT
OF THE STATE OF NEVADA IN AND FOR
THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS
In the Matter of the Estate of S VICTOR,
Deceased. /
NOTICE OF HEARING
Date: September 28, 2021
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Dept: I
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
Carolyn Capps DiSabatino, by and through
her attorney, Erica S. Cooper of MOBO
Law, LLP, has filed in this Court a Verified
Petition for Probate of WiII and for Issuance
of Letters Testamentary and a hearing
has been set for September 28, 2021, at
1:30 p.m. in Department I of the abovecaptioned
court, located at 1038 Buckeye
Road, Minden, Nevada 89423. All persons
interested in the estate are notified to appear
and show cause why the Petition should not
be granted. The Petition requests authority to
administer the estate under the independent
Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid
the need to obtain court approval for many
actions taken in connection with the estate.
However, before taking certain actions, the
personal representative will be required to
give notice to interested persons unless they
have waived notice or have consented to the
proposed action. Independent administration
authority will be granted unless good cause
is shown why it should not be.
AFFIRMATION
Pursuant to NRS 23913.030, the undersigned
does hereby affirm that the foregoing
document does not contain the social
security number or personal information of
any person as defined by NRS 603A.040.
I declare, under penalty of perjury under
the laws of the State of Nevada, that the
foregoing is true and correct.
Date: August 16, 2021
Respectfully submitted.
