A hybrid meeting of the Douglas County Administrative Hearing Panel will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Minden Inn, at 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306, Minden, NV 89423. The Administrative Hearing Panel reserves the right to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on the agenda at any time.
Douglas County is actively monitoring and managing the COVID-19 level of risk in our community by implementing procedures to minimize contact among individuals and to slow the spread of COVID-19. In adherence with Governor Sisolak’s Declaration of Emergency and Directive 047, participants that attend the meeting in person will be required to wear a mask or face covering.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP 21-0198 for a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 213.18-acre parcel into three (3) parcels, the smallest being 1.0 acres and the largest 209.51 acres in size. The subject parcel is located at 2901 Jacks Valley Road in the TC/PR/FR-19/PD (Tourist- Commercial, Private Recreation, Forest and Range 19-acre minimum lot size/ Planned Development) zoning districts in the Genoa Community Plan (APN 1419-26-301- 007). The applicant is Fred Gartrell, Genoa Golf Group IV, LLC.
