TITLE: Ordinance

amending Douglas
County Code Title
18: Appendix A, The
Gardnerville Town
Boundary by annexing
approximately 29 acres
adjacent to the existing
boundaries for the
Town of Gardnerville
pursuant to Section
18.01.010. The area to
be annexed is APN No.
1220-11-001-077.
SUMMARY: An
ordinance, amending
Douglas County Code
Title 18: Appendix C,
The Gardnerville
Town Boundary,
by annexing
approximately 29 acres
that are adjacent to the
existing Gardnerville
town boundary. In
accordance with NRS
269.650 and Title 18
of the Douglas County
Code, on June 1,
2021, the Gardnerville
Town Board approved
Resolution Number
2021-003 to modify
town boundaries by
the annexation of a
certain parcel into
the boundary of the
Town of Gardnerville.
The resolution asked
for an ordinance to
be considered by
the Board of County
Commissioners of
Douglas County to
formally annex the
described parcels into
the town. The area to
be annexed is APN No.
1220-11-001-077.
The 2nd Reading of
this Ordinance will be
held on 8/5/2021
A copy of this
ordinance is on file in
the Clerk’s Office for
public review.
