A woman accused of selling methamphetamine, and who was the subject of a $50,000 nationwide warrant, is back in Douglas County custody after being on the lam for 18 months.
Brittanie Leanne Lane, 31, is accused of selling 40 grams of methamphetamine on May 17 and June 4, 2019.
She was bound over and appeared for arraignment in Douglas County District Court on Dec. 3, 2019, where her case was delayed for two weeks because she’d received two alternative sentencing violations.
She failed to test on Dec. 16 and wasn’t in court on Dec. 17, saying that her ride had fallen through.
She was originally arrested on trafficking charges but agreed to admit to a charge of possession of a controlled substance for sale.
She is scheduled to appear in Douglas County District on Tuesday, where she will discover whether prosecutors will stick with the plea agreement.

Jail records show that Colte Jame Sennett was taken into custody on a warrant on Monday afternoon.
He admitted to having a short-barreled rifle on Feb. 13-14, 2020.
