1. John A. Olesen filed a Petition for Probate of Will, for Appointment of Personal Representative, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary, and for General Administration (the “ Petition”). A copy of the Petition and the relief requested is attached to this notice.
2. The hearing on the Petition for May 25, 2021, will be rescheduled to June 29, 2021, at
1:30 p.m. at the courthouse of the Probate
Court, Douglas County Courthouse, Minden, Nevada.
3. All persons interested in this proceeding are notified that if they have an objection to the Petition, they must appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
