Tahoe Youth & Family Services in partnership with Carson Valley Medical Center is providing a Minutes For Recovery Event, the second virtual event of their trifecta.
This trifecta is happening in celebration of the success and challenges of individuals who are in recovery for mental health and substance abuse. The first ever virtual Miles for Recovery event occurred in September. The organization hopes to have an in-person 5K in June.
There is a $30 entry fee plus multiple discount opportunities for getting others to join you.
Minutes of activity Any activity, just get out there and do it.
Team Challenge – Grab friends, family, and co-workers.
Individual challenge – Compete as an individual for the chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card. (Team members will also be eligible for this grand prize.)
Special prize for nonprofits participating.
Challenge Coins will go out to all those who participate in the entire triple challenge (September 2020 Miles For Recovery, March 2021 Minutes For Recovery, and June 2021 Moving For Recovery)
