A collision at Highway 395 and Muller Lane resulted in two people being transported for treatment on Thursday morning.
The collision was reported to the Nevada Highway Patrol at 9:17 a.m.
Involving a red Ford pickup and a blue minivan the collision was reported as a T-bone. The driver of the minivan had to be cut from the wreckage.
Highway 395 was closed while Care Flight helicopter landed to transport one of the vehicle occupants to Renown Regional Medical Center. The other person was transported by ambulance.
Traffic was diverted down Muller Lane to Foothill Road, with vehicles at Muller and Foothill backed up for a half-mile at 9:40 a.m.
As of 10:20 a.m. the southbound lanes of Highway 395 were being cleared in preparation for reopening.
