The Tony A. Oswald Revocable Trust, u.t.d December 7, 2017, Notice is hereby given that Joanne Perez is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Tony A. Oswald Revocable Trust, u.t.d. December 7, 2017. Tony A. Oswald, the Trustor of that trust died on December 26, 2020.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust estate must file the claim with Joanne Perez, Trustee, 1544 Madera Drive, Pacifica, California 94044, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
