A meeting of the Douglas County Administrative Hearing Panel will be
held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm. The meeting will be held
at the Minden Inn, at 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306, Minden, NV
89423. The Administrative Hearing Panel reserves the right to: take
items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration;
remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions
relating to an item on the agenda at any time. The final agenda will be
posted on the County’s website at http://douglascountynv.gov.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP
21-0109 a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 1.28 acre parcel into two
parcels, the smallest being .41 acres and the largest .87 acres in size.
The subject parcel is located at 1394 N. Highway 395 in the PF (Public
Facilities) zoning district in the Gardnerville Community Plan. (APN
1220-04-101-007). The applicant is Mark Lovelady, Gardnerville Water
Company.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP
21-0108, a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 40-acre parcel into four
parcels ranging in size from 8.32 acres to 9.89 acres. The subject parcel
is located at 2174 East Valley Road, in the RA-5 (Rural Agriculture,
5 acre minimum net parcel size) zoning district and the East Valley
Community Plan. The applicant is BJ Land and Cattle Co.
(APN 1320-14-001-002).
