Firefighters overhaul a porch fire on Kayne Drive around lunchtime on Thursday.
Firefighters responded to a porch fire on Kayne Avenue in the Johnson Lane neighborhood just after noon Thursday.
A neighbor called 911 after spotting smoke coming from under the porch.
The call came in at 12:10 p.m. and East Fork firefighters had it knocked down by 12:25 p.m.
There was no report of extension into the home.
No cause was reported for the fire.
