Wilber Martinez-Guzman, 22,
will be arraigned on Carson City charges Nov. 23 before Carson City District Judge James Wilson.
He is obligated to plead guilty to all charges including three felony counts of burglary, four counts of possessing stolen property and being a prohibited person possessing a firearm.
The plea agreement is part of a complex deal that aims to end all of the charges against Guzman including four counts of first-degree murder.
He has already pleaded guilty to murdering Connie Koontz and Sophia Renken in Douglas County and Jerry and Sherry David in Reno.
He will be sentenced to multiple counts of life in prison without the possibility of parole in exchange for prosecutors in Washoe and Douglas dropping the death penalty. Prosecutors made the decdision to drop the death penalty in consultation with the families of the deceased.
After he pleads guilty to Carson City’s charges against him, he will be sentenced March 4.
Guzman was arrested in Carson City after investigators tracked the Apple Watch he stole from Koontz.Earlier this week, Guzman entered a guilty plea in Douglas County court.
