ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Town of Minden will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Seeman Ranch Park. All bids will be received until 10:00 am, PT (local time) at Town of Minden, located at 1604 Esmeralda Avenue Suite 101, Minden, Nevada 89423 on October 21, 2021 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings. 

The project consists of the construction of roadway, parking, walking paths dog park, restrooms, pavilion, drainage improvements, water line, and related improvements to the Seeman Ranch Park. 

Contact Town of Minden at their office at 1604 Esmeralda Avenue Suite 101, Minden, Nevada 89423, or by telephone (775) 782- 5976 for an electronic copy of the Plans, Contract Documents, and Specifcations at no cost. The ENGINEER for this Project will be The Town of Minden and will be represented by JD Frisby, P.E. as Project Engineer. 

Any notices regarding changes / Addenda to the Contract Documents will be sent to the email addresses associated with the Bidders registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information and check-in with ENGINEER to receive updates or additional information. 

A pre-bid conference will be held on October 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM, PT (local time). Pre-bid conference will preside at the Town of Minden Office at Fortnightly Room, 1604 Esmeralda Ave, Minden, NV 89423. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but is not mandatory. 

Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. 

Pursuant NRS 338.147 or NRS 338.1389, as applicable, a Bidder seeking to qualify to receive a “preference in bidding” must submit a Nevada State Contractor’s Board Certificate of Eligibility evidencing the preferential status. 

Said certifcate must be attached to and submitted with the Bid.
