Cane, deceased, having filed in this Court, and served upon the deceased’s beneficiaries, the Verified Petition for Probate; General Administration; Appointment of Personal Representative; and Issuance of Letters of Testamentary; the hearing of the Petition
has been fixed by the Court for the 19th day of October, 2021 at
1:30 p.m. at the courthouse at 1038
Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, in Department I and all persons interested in the said estate are
notified to appear at the hearing and show cause, if they have any, why the Petition for Probate and Issuance of Letters of Testamentary should not be approved.
