NOTICE TO CREDITORS
(The Kimball Family Trust)
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is a duly appointed and qualified trustee of the Kimball Family Trust which was created by David V. Kimball and Sue C. Kimball, as settlors, by trust agreement dated May 15, 1981, which trust agreement has been amended and restated. Sue C. Kimball died on February 22, 2022. All creditors having a claim against Sue C. Kimball or the trust estate of The Kimball Family Trust must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
